Sidecar Cocktail Recipe
As easy to make as it is to drink, the sidecar is my new favourite cocktail. Most recipes recommend cognac, but I prefer brandy and it’s cheaper to boot. You can use triple sec or Grand Marnier, although I think Cointreau works best. The sidecar is a terrific cocktail for a party because I have yet to meet anyone who didn’t like it. (On second thought, maybe that’s a bad thing as there will be less for me.)

I understand that alcohol is not cool if you’re on the paleo diet, but what’s the point of that, so drink up, read my rant about Caveman Diet Evangelism and listen to this Joni Mitchell playlist.
