Whipped cream goes with everything, even with more whipped cream! But whipping cream in a bowl makes such a mess; cream flying all over the place, even when you use a stand mixer. So I whip cream in a 500ml yogurt container with hand-held beaters. As long as you don’t fill the container too full (no more than half), the only thing that requires cleanup are the beaters themselves. And, as everyone knows, those you just lick clean anyway.
