Bits and Bites
- 4 cups Cheerios
- 5 cups Shreddies
- 4 cups Rice Chex
- 2 cups salted pretzels
- 2 cups Goldfish crackers
- ½ lb butter
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp sriracha or other hot sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 3 tsp seasoning salt
- Preheat oven to 250F
- Mix cereal, pretzels and cheese crackers in a large roasting pan
- Melt butter in a small pot on low heat, add remaining ingredients and mix well
- Pour ½ butter mixture over cereal mixture and mix well
- Pour remaining butter mixture over cereal mixture and mix well
- Put uncovered in oven
- Bake at least 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
- Don't overcook! The cereal crisps up when the mixture has cooled
- Store in an airtight container
